MEDEM International Clinic & Hospital is a multidisciplinary medical facility providing a full range of health care services, from diagnostics and treatment, to surgery and rehabilitation. We serve the people in the St. Petersburg community, including foreigners living in the city, and tourists.
Our mission is to apply the latest innovations in medicine in our day to day practice, in accordance with the most recent guidelines set out by the World Health Organization (WHO), and to deliver personalized service to everyone who needs our help.
The clinic was founded in 1999 and until the spring of 2004 was known to its numerous Russian and non-Russian patients as the International Clinic. Today we have considerably expanded the scale of our medical activities, and work in a new 7,500 sq. meter building in the historical center of St. Petersburg.
Our departments are equipped with the most modern equipment and offer over 2,000 health care services in 77 licensed areas of medicine.
MEDEM International Clinic & Hospital provides consultation and treatment in all major disciplines including Emergency Care, Surgery, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Psychology, Dentistry and more. We have 27 separate medical and dental departments, as well as a full-service pharmacy.
